Sound Reiki Healing Session Step into a deeply soothing and vibrational healing experience that blends the gentle flow of Reiki with the powerful resonance of sound. Sound Reiki is a restorative treatment using Tibetan singing bowls and other healing instruments on and around the body to support energetic alignment, emotional release, and deep relaxation. The vibrations from the bowls travel through the body, helping to calm the nervous system and dissolve energetic stagnation, while Reiki energy works to clear blockages and restore balance within the chakra energy centres. Sound and Reiki together create a beautiful harmony of frequency and healing, allowing you to drift into a meditative state where the mind quietens and the body can fully reset. This session is ideal if you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, disconnected, or simply seeking a sense of peace, clarity, and energetic renewal. This one-hour session includes consultation time, up to 45 minutes of Sound Reiki healing, and time afterward to rest, reflect, and gently return to the world feeling lighter and rebalanced before leaving The Sanctuary.
