Reiki Drum Healing Session - Experience the powerful blend of traditional Reiki healing and the steady rhythm of the drum in this deeply restorative session. Reiki Drum Healing is a nurturing treatment designed to support your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic wellbeing by helping you relax, release, and return to balance. The drum beat is often known as Mother Earth’s heartbeat, offering a deeply grounding rhythm that calms the nervous system and gently guides you into a meditative, healing state. As the vibrations of the drum flow through you, Reiki energy works to clear blockages, rebalance your energy centres, and support your body’s natural ability to heal from within. This session is ideal if you are feeling stressed, emotionally heavy, energetically drained, or simply seeking a moment of peace, reconnection, and renewal. This one-hour session includes consultation time, up to 45 minutes of Reiki with drumming, and time afterward to rest, reflect, and re-ground before leaving The Sanctuary.
